No flowers on my avocado tree

Avocado    None Given

I have about 10 avocado trees that were planted over fifteen years that have never flowered. The leaves seem healthy but no flowers.
What should i do?

Avocado plants grown from ungrafted seedlings may not flower for 10-15 years after planting. Your trees have not been flowering for more than 15 years, so there may be some other issues as well.
