Bleaching of corn leaves may happen for several reasons like,
1. Sun scalding: High temperature resulted in bleaching of the top leaves.
2. Frost injury
3. Fertilizer burn
4. Herbicide burn
5. Mechanical injury
6. Insect damage
7. Some time may happen due to hybrid difference
How many plants are damaged? Which is the variety? And how is the weather there? Did you apply any fertilizer or herbicide in the field?

Due to the whiteness of the leaf it appears to me as a chemical/fertilizer burn. Have you sprayed the plants with anything? Sun scalding of corn leaves typically results in a more brown, necrotic area that would encompass more of the leaf but yours appears to be a rather small controlled area that is bleach white with no chlorophyll present anymore.

would agree on chemical over spray is it on the ends of the drill rows where a double dose could occur
