okra pest indentification

Okra    Delhi,India

I want to know..is it a pupae..if yes, then which insect's pupae is this?I found holes on leaves of okra and also see the condition of okra fruit in other photo..

Hello Aastha,
I see a few fungi rust on the leaf. I believe the white cottony you have is a fallen flower with a fungus growing on it or a butterfly/moth larvae cocoon.
I propose that you just trim and destroy the leaf.
