Bean    None Given

Bush beans reach first leaf stage then stall for four weeks then die with wilting leaves. could it be a fungus. Also affecting tomatoes and potatoes

Andrew, it is difficult to say without picture, symptoms progress, your area (climate) and current weather description . It can be Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. flaccumfaciens, Fusarium spp., Verticillium spp., etc. Last two pathogens can affect potato and tomato at hot weather., but for potato wilt/black leg disease is caused by Dickeya solani in most of cases.
