if your fungicides do not work, try to use combination of new fungicides with copper ( Bordeaux Mixture, Kocide, Tenn-Cop,Liqui-cop, Basicop):
azoxystrobin ( Quadris, Amistar); chlorothalonil ( Daconil, Bravo, Echo, Fungonil), mancozeb and maneb (Dithane, Penncozeb, Manex, Mancozeb, Maneb); potassium bicarbonate ( Armicarb 100);

Dear alex In my country ziram, armicard 100 are not available. So please tell me which are the other combination I can go for. If not let me know the possible active ingredient of the products. Thanks over 8 years ago.

Moreover, other part of the plant seem to be healthy, yellowing may be due to mechanical damage to branch.

I agree. The photo is definitely not Septoria leaf spot. There are no leaf spots - no necrosis, no dead and dying leaves hanging on the plant. Nutrient deficiency maybe?? about 8 years ago.
What kind of fungicides are You using? If You have always used the same product or products from the same family you may be selecting for résistant pathogen population. Make sure to alternate fungicides with different modes of action. Also spray when there is no wind or high température to ensure better effectiveness over 8 years ago.
