Best way to add calcium to soil to prevent blossom end rot?

Do low oxygen levels contribute to blossom end rot? We have upped our calcium levels, checked our recipes, ph, and have our growing conditions in our green house perfect. Its 75 degrees with 70% humidity. We are watering for 5 minutes every half hour.
