Perlite is a volcanic rock which is added to soil to increase aeration and improve drainage. We are going to need more details to answer your question. I'm not sure what you mean by a perlite soil? Is the soil you are growing in volcanic and composed mainly of perlite? What is it you trying to grow? What have you tried?
