Generally, one pepper plant is grown in 3 gallon or 5 gallon (12") pot. And the normal spacing followed for pepper in big containers is 30 cm apart. So I think you can transplant one or two Feher pepper plants in a 6 gallon pot and one bell pepper plant in 5 gallon pot.
