brown patchs on Murraya koenigii

Good morning! I have a question in relation to the Murraya koenigii leaves. In some of our trees there are appearing some brown patchs on the leaves, with strange shapes that I have never seen them before. What could it be?some defficiency?.

It could be a nutrient deficiency mainly manganese deficiency. The main symptoms are the appearance of yellow spots and or elongated holes in between the veins (which may develop into dark or dead spots).
