Curry Leaves disease

Please assist...Some kind of disease is infecting my Curry Leaves ...Take note of attached image. If anyone has advise for me about what is it? How to get rid of it ? I wish to see my Curry Leaves healthy. Thank you.

There are three possible explanations
1) Mites which make a small expansion called a gall
2) Edema (too much water in the cells so they burst)
3) Viral disease
#2 is not infectious and wont spread. #1 and #3 are infectious,
I would suggest simply removing infected leaves and burning them. And keep a close eye on new leaves for a similar response.
