Marigold leaf converted to these deasease,iam living in india and iam harvesting yellow marigold in 1 hecter but this decease spred to all leafs in field, please suggest whats the decease and how to control.....?

i think these diseases are leaves spot / black spot.these diseases are genreted by fungus. controlling by jineb 2 ml / l .
