Yellowing on leaves

Squash    Upington,South Africa

I have just transplanted these seedling to the garden and have noticed the yellow/brown spots on the leaves of one plant. Chicago Warted Squash. Any ideas?

Definitely need water and fertilizers.

I agree, it looks like deficiency of NPK and microelements (Fe, Mg).
