Sunflower w/ yellowing leaves

Sunflower    Singapore

Hi. I hope someone can help because I'm really worried for my sunflowers (4).

Few days ago the older leaves closer to the bottom have been yellowing one by one.
Yesterday I just transplanted them since that was the plan when the materials arrived.
Today an increasing rate of leaves yellowed and seemed worse than before.
After researching I figured it might be nutrient deficiency by the looks of one of the distinct leaves but I felt I might be wrong since repotting it the soil is refreshed by new nutrients no? I questioned myself.
Since that there was a number of differing factors after the transplant: less sunlight, bigger pot.. more soil..more water holding capacity.

Hope someone can enlighten me before my fear for worse.

Hi Lisa,
The aging of the leaves and the stress of the transplantation can cause the yellowing. Trim the yellow leaves and avoid overwatering your plant.
