This is one of the most damaged leaves, it looks like a symptom of toxicity.

Four days back I had seed the lettuce out side in a shade and the medium used is coco peat. I watered the seed by spraying thrice a day, after three days when I dig to see the seed I don't find any seed. As it is my first practice of seeding the lettuce. Can any one suggest how exactly to seed.
