What happens to this walnut?

I have a 20 year old walnut tree(j. regia) which is grown from seed. I noticed these spots on a lot of leaves. It seems to be scab or anthracnose but there are other strange spots. What could it be according to you? Thank you!

Difference due to drying process.

Diagnosis of walnut disease

The symptom are only on the leaves. Leaves necrosis follow the same pattern: first the tissue between the veins become chlorotic; then margin necrosis happen. Decreasing leaves mass on top of tree is another symptom; just like it naked! Can any one help me on this please?
