Nitrogen deficiency in Cannabis
General None Given
I do have medicinal cannabis and they are grown outdoor where it's hot and humid. I started noticing this rust like spots or brown if you wish on the lower leaves rather than the upper ones. I searched online and it said it's either Calcium or Nitrogen deficiency.

Certainly looks like nutrient stress. Provide nutrients.
The plant might be root bound as well.
