White seedlike things growing on plants

Hi! I noticed these white, seedlike shapes first behind one leaf of my flowering plant and now they have spread to the stem. Help!

They look like scale insects. Pick them off ASAP before they spread too far. They'll suck the life out of your plant if their population keeps increasing.

What kind of plants are these Vittoria? over 10 years ago.
Hi Lindsay! I believe they are lantana or a similar variety flowering plant. over 10 years ago.
