Can you please help me identify this plant

It is a nature transplant. So I have no idea. I could tell straight away it was not a weed so i let it grow it is now about 2-1/2ft tall and growing strong main stem and branches are the most velvety i have ever felt on a plant or anywhwere for that matter.. best I can do is tell what it is not....
